T-Mobile was the loud, proud Un-Carrier that challenged the telecom industry status quo by putting customers first. But there was one problem: Their website experience wasn’t living up to their customer-centric mindset. They partnered with Razorfish to completely redesign the customer journey and purchase process. As part of our solution, we created scalable and efficient content that fit the brand’s fun and bold personality, localized pages to meet customers’ needs, and made carrier’s offerings even more transparent and innovative. The result was reduced time to complete a purchase, increased conversions by 10%, and a #1 ranking by J.D. Power and Associates in website customer satisfaction (up from dead last).​ Since the beginning of our partnership in 2012, T-Mobile has seen a 67% growth in market share.
