In 2015, The Ritz-Carlton approached us to replatform their website onto a new CMS. The challenge was to create more capabilities for content authors, integrate closer with Marriott systems, and provide a best-in-class digital guest experience that reflected the prominence perceived by The Ritz-Carlton name. After a review of CMS solutions, we recommended Adobe Experience Manager. Working in collaboration with Pentagram for design components, we created a system that increased business user ownership in the execution of content and creation of new presentation layers. We also were able to extend the core functionality into two additional sites, as well as standalone promo pages. Implemented over 16,000 pages of content, Supports 7 languages
