With 10+ amazing Las Vegas properties on 10 different technology platforms, MGM Resorts International was looking to unify their digital presence. Razorfish was tasked with building a single, scalable global platform, and creating a more guest-centric digital experience to put it ahead of the competition. We developed a framework of reusable modular components, templates, and assets that could accommodate property-specific branding without additional development. Built on the Adobe AEM Digital Marketing Platform and utilizing visual storytelling, the new mgmgrand.com allows guests to easily plan, book, and manage their activities. Since the rollout, content changes have been a breeze, system uptime has been at 100%, and customer conversion has significantly increased.
